This formula also features valuable prebiotics (fructooligosaccharides) to promote the growth of beneficial bacteria.

Ingredients: Fructooligosaccharides (FOS), rice maltodextrin, Bifidobacterium lactis Bi-07, and Lactobacillus acidophilus NCFM.
Directions: Mix about ¼ teaspoon (.75 g) with 120ml of unchilled water one to two times daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
