Directions for use:

Take 1 dose (1 large tablespoon) per day. For optimum and longer lasting results, you can take 2 doses per day. Most effective when taken first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach.

It can be taken on its own or mixed with juice or water. It just depends on your own taste. With 100% of your daily needs in Vitamin B5, Vitamin C, Zinc, Copper and 4g of protein, we also recommend taking the product as an energy boost during the day.
