HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE? WHAT IF I WANT MY ORDER SOONER?

Our courier time frame for delivery in Johannesburg and Pretoria is approximately 2 business days, but we DO NOT guarantee 2-day delivery. Orders placed during the holidays may need additional time to process due to a higher volume of orders.

Our courier time frame for delivery across South Africa is approximately 4 business days, but we DO NOT guarantee 4-day delivery. Orders placed during the holidays may need additional time to process due to a higher volume of orders.

Unfortunately we do not offer overnight or express shipping at this time, HOWEVER, We will do our best to ship your package to you as soon as possible.

AS A CONSOLATION, WE OFFER COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING, SHOULD ANY SINGLE ORDER EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF R1,000.00.*

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

International Shipping Fees for all other countries outside South Africa is approximately $30.00 USD. (Exchange rate dependent)

International delivery time frame is approximately 10-15 business days. (Excluding holidays and weekends)

All international orders are final sale.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY REFUND HAS BEEN PROCESSED? HOW LONG BEFORE I SEE A CREDIT IN MY ACCOUNT?

AS SOON AS the refund has been submitted TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT OR ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT, You will receive a CONFIRMATION email from our team indicating That your refund has been successfully processed.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU RESTOCK?

We usually reLEASE NEW styles EVERY fortnight. IF A PARTICULAR ITEM FROM A PREVIOUS RELEASE IS POPULAR, AND is FREQUENTLY REQUESTED, WE MAY CONSIDER RESTOCKING IT.

UNFORTUNATELY There are no guarantees that anY STYLE OR Item will be restocked. However, you may SIGN UP to our mailing list if you wish to be contacted, should a particular style OR ITEM be restocked.

 

YOUR RETURNS POLICY SAYS 7 DAYS, BUT IS THAT FROM THE DATE I PLACE MY ORDER OR FROM THE DAY I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
